Establishment :
Incentive Travel & Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. and Sansui Treks & Expedition (Pvt.) Ltd. as an integrated Tour & Trek operators has been established under the company Act of His Majesty’s Government of Nepal (HMG/N).  It is a bonafide travel and trek company registered with and recognized by the HMG/N.  It has been extending its highly professional yet personalized service to the taste, need and choice of individuals/group  coming to Nepal from many parts of the World. It is authorized to accept and make payments in convertible foreign currencies.

The Incentive Travels and Tours is the member of The Nepal Association of Travel Agents (NATA) and also the Sansui Trek is  the member of The Nepal Mountaineering Associations (NMA)  and  the member of the Nepal Trekking Agents Association (TAAN). This company  consists of high skilled manpower with years of experiences in their respective fields. This ranges from general tour guides to high altitude guides with proven language proficiency of international standard.  These languages include English, Germany. Japanese Chinese, French, Spanish etc.  Similarly, the company is well equipped from luxury air-conditioned cars to mountain bikes needed for trekking to such areas. Putting it in a nutshell, the company has both human resources and all the physical instruments required for any type of travelers to this Himalayan Kingdom.

We , the Incentive Travels and San-Sui Treks are  located in the main commercial area at the heart of Kathmandu down town.  This area is occupied mostly by the travel agencies, airlines, banks and hotels.. The Royal Palace is the central attraction of this area. The location is the most convenient and easily accessible to the places of public importance..

Management :
Incentive Tours & Travel (Pvt.) Ltd. and sister company San- Sui Treks & Expedition (Pvt.) Ltd, though a PVT Ltd.  at  present, consists of a board of directors  that come from different agencies of repute with multiple support like investment ,policy and coordination to the company.. Similarly, the Company employees’ range from highly qualified senior managers to junior dedicated professional staff.  The company has an enthusiastic fleet of manpower who have obtained degrees and training from renowned tourism management schools/institutes.              

Managers/ directors:
The company is in possession of highly qualified Managers/directors to look after the overall activities of the company.  They have a varied experience from 10 to 17 years in the business of Tour / Trek / Ticketing sales and the marketing.  Their strong educational and professional expertise follow proven and progressive experience with this company.

The Incentive, since its inception, has been playing a key role in the travel and tours business in the Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal. Presently, Incentive has acquired authorized sales agency of Royal Nepal Airlines,  Singapore  Airlines,  Thai International Airways, Northwest, KLM, the Royal Dutch Airlines, Cathay Pacific,  Biman Bangaladesh,  PIA, Aeroflot, Air France, China South West Airlines,  Korean Airlines, China Airlines and Qutar Airways  amongst International airlines and Mountain Air, Shangri-La Air, Necon Air,  Buddha Air, Yeti Airlines, Cosmic Air, Skyline Airways, Gorkha Airlines, Karnali Airways, Mankamana Airways  in the domestic service front.
